Cancelation Policy

*ALL SERVICES AND CLASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE* *PLEASE NO KIDS ALLOWED!!! NO CELL PHONES DURING SERVICES* If your have to reschedule your appointment or your appointment is reschedule due to be late please be advised the deposit is non-refundable and a new deposit is required to book your next appointment!!! Please understand you must have healthy lashes for us to provide you with service Please be advised you must be able to sit with your eyes closed to a maximum of 2 hours. *Lash Baths are charged to every fill in appointment $7 additional moving forward for sanitation purposes!!* *LATE/ CANCELLATION POLICY* -16 mins late for your appointment you must reschedule. - -NO CALL NO SHOW FEE/ SAME DAY CANCELLATION FEE $50 will NOT be applied to your balance for your next appointment- -Must cancel or reschedule appointments 24 hours prior to appointment via the email confirmation or by calling the shop phone 757-557-0987 otherwise you there is $25 same day cancellation fee that will be charge to the card on file. -To rebook your appointment you will need to pay another deposit that will go towards your next appointment- -Deposit is paid online to secure your appointment for 50% of your service - I DO NOT ACCEPT CASH APP/ APPLE PAY!
